Barefoot Camping Adventures – Cancellation Policy

At Barefoot Camping Adventures, we strive to provide seamless camping experiences. However, to ensure smooth operations and fairness, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

Deposits paid upon booking are non-refundable and must be paid by the specified date or booking will be cancelled.

Cancellations less than 45 days before arrival date / Event date: A 50% cancellation fee applies.

Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival / Event date: A 75% cancellation fee applies.

Cancellations less than 20 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the booking amount is forfeited.

Deposits go towards securing your camping site, entry fees and other operational expenses. Cancellation results in 100% forfeiture of this amount.

Bookings cannot be transferred or moved to other events. Barefoot Camping Adventures reserves the right to decline date change requests.

In rare cases, Barefoot Camping Adventures reserves the right to cancel a Mobile Tented Camp for event with explanation.

Refunds (where applicable) may take up to 14 working days to process.

Barefoot Camps will proceed rain or shine—bookings cannot be canceled due to weather conditions.

If a camper needs to cancel, they are responsible for finding a replacement for their booking and this info must be supplied to Barefoot Camps.

Refunds will not be issued for acts of God, natural disasters, Events cancelled by Event organizers, or unforeseen circumstances.
